Front-end Engineer
Responsible for the development and support of networking and bandwidth products for classic infrastructure offerings within IBM Cloud.
- Led the redevelopment of IBM’s classic bandwidth service from a legacy UI to Carbon Design System.
- Advocated for our customers by prioritizing features which enable them to easily understand and manage their networks.
- Collaborated with back-end engineers to identify and promote improvements to our API which directly impacted customer-facing interfaces.
- Fostered a culture of continuous improvement and quality by conducting code reviews and QA testing.
- Reduced our time-to-market by practicing Agile methods such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Participated in a company-wide generative AI challenge exploring prompt engineering with IBM’s watsonx.
